Larder Blend Burgers with Tri-color Pasta Salad and BK Crunch
In this kit:
•8-8 Oz Larder Blend Burgers (use 4, freeze 4)
•4 Burger buns
•1-1 LB pkg La Pasta Tri-color cheese Tortelloni
•1-12 OZ bottle Greek Olive Dressin
•1 pint grape tomatoes
•1-6 0z pkg. Rumiano organic medium cheddar cheese
•1 Beefsteak tomato
•1 sweet onion
•Brooklyn Crunch lettuce (reserve some for your burgers)
From your pantry:
•Drizzle of olive oil
•Your favorite vinegar
•Parm grind of your choice (shaved, shredded, grated)
•Cook pasta according to package instructions.
•Once drained, cool for about 5 minutes in the fridge.
•Remove cooled pasta from fridge and add 1 cup of Greek olive dressing and shake to lightly coat it before stirring gently to coat fully, adding more dressing as you go if needed. Feel free to add any salad veg you may have in your fridge or garden (cucumbers, scallions, celery, etc).
•Cover and refrigerate until 10 minutes before serving.
•Cook the burgers the way you like them, adding cheese and garnishing with lettuce, sliced tomato and onion if desired.
•Rinse and spin the salad greens and add any salad veg you may have in the fridge or the garden. Drizzle with olive oil and splash with your favorite vinegar. Dust lightly with truffle salt and top with the parm grind of your choice. Toss and enjoy!
